A RESOLUTION ~YXiNG THE SALARY OF A~! EMPLOYEE
OF THE CITY OF BAF~zRWFIELDo
BE IT RESOLVED by the'[Council of the City of Bake. rsfield
as follows: :
1. Effective Pebruary 16,-.1956, the following named
employee of the City of Bakersfield shall 'be placed in the step in
the salary schedule indicated belgw, to which his position is allo-
sated by the provisions0f Ordinance No. 879, New Series, as amended,
and shallbe paid the monthly salary indicated below for service per-
formed for the City of Bakersfield, on and after February 16, 1956,
Until such time as he advances to the next step in said schedule pur-
suant to tile provisions of said ordinance.

2. The City Council of the City of Bakersfield hareby finds
and determines that its action taken by the passage of this Resolution
is justified by the nature of the oosition held by said employee, and is in
conformity With the objects and purposes of the basic salary plan.
3. This resolution is passed and adopted pursuant to the
provisions of Section 8 (e) of Ordinance No. 879, No~-~ Series as amended.
