RESOLUTION NO. 4-56
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE SALARY OF AN
OFFIOER OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
1. Effective ! February 18, 1958 , the following named
officer of the City of Bakersfield shall be placed in the step in
the salary schedule indicated below, to which *his position is allo-
cated by the provisions of Ordinance No'. 879,' New Series, as amended,
and shall be paid the monthly salary indicated below for services
performed for the City ofBakersfield, on and after February 18, 195,6
until such time as he advances to the next step in said schedule

2. 'The City Council of the City of Bakersfield hereby finds
and detexunlnes that its action taken by the passage of ~his Resolution
is Justified by the nature of the position held by said officer and
the 'capabilities and experience of such officer, and is in conformity
with~ the objects and purposes of the basic salary plan.
3. This Resolution is passed and adopted'pursuant to' the
provisions of Section 8 (e) of Ordinance No. 879,. New'Series, as amended.
