WHEREAS, .the,C~ty of ,~~kersfield did heretofore appoint the

law firm of Orrick, Dahlqui8t';"B~rrington and Sutcliffe for the
purpose ,of preparing .and conducting proceedings for the issuance of
off-street parking 'reven,u& b.onds, and
Said law firm. has satist,:ctorily completed the services required
and has presented its'atateDlent tor services rendered.
IOW,THEREFOR~.BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of t~e City of
Bakersfield, that the City AUditor be and he is hereby authorized
to issue a check to the law firm of Orrick, DahlquIst, ,Herrington a.nd
Sutcliffe, in the sum at #6,750.00, said payment to be made from the
proceeds of sale of the City of Bakersfield Off-Street Parking Revenue
Bonds.

I BEREBYCERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
