RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BA~GRSFIEIJD, C~%LIFORNIA, REJECTING ALL
BIDS ~ND PROPOSALS FOR DOING OF THE IMPROVEMENT
WORK UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO o 714,
AND !BtNDONING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION
!~IITH SAID ~yYORK ~.~ND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 714
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield, California,
pursuant to statute, DOES _RESOLVE as ~ollows:
That the.said City Council does hereby reject each and every
bid and proposal received for the doing of the improvement work
under Resolution of Intention No. 714°
That the said City Council does hereby abandon and terminate
all proceedings in connection with said improvement work and Public
Improvement District No. 714.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
on the 17th day of October, 1955, by the following vote:
