P~ESOLUTiON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE
GENE~R!L PREVAILING WAGE RATES APPLICABLE TO
THE MP~TTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF H STREET
BETL'YEEN THE CENTER LINE OF GOLDEN STATE
AVENUE AND THE SOUTH~YESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY
LINE OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD, IN
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 715, IN SAID
CITY
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield, California, pur-
suant to the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the
State of California, DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That the City Council of theCity of Bakersfield does hereby
ascertain and determine that the general prevailing rate of wages
applicable to the work to be done on H Street between the center
line 'of Golden State Avenue and the Soutwesterly right of way line
of the Southern Pacific Railroad, in Public Improvement Dis'~rict No.
715, in said City, are as follows:

Overtime not less than one and 0ne-half (1½) times the above
rates.
Sundays and holidays not less than one and one-half (1½) times
the above rates. The holidays upon which such rates shall be paid
shall be all holidays recognized in the collective bargaining agree-
ment applicable to the particular craft, classification or type of
workmen employed on the project.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregOi_ng resolution was duly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
