to transfer a portion of their bonds on deposit with the Oakland
Branch of the First Viestern, Trust-& Savings Bank as security for

After due consideration,this Council desires to grant such
authority.
NO't,'~, T~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
Cit~r of Bakersfield be, and he is hereby authorized to execute that
certain agree, meet entitled: "AGRE~T FOR SAFEI~PBIG OF SEC~IT!ES
T0 SEC~E ~EPOSITS 0F LOCAL AGENCY WITH lf~ER B~K 0F ED~AL
SER~ ~I, TK OF S~JT' ]~C!SCO,, authorizing the tr~sfer of said bonds
from the 0sidled Branch of the First ~estsrn Trust & Savings
to the Federal Reserve B~k of San ~cisco~
