RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING
~ORK IN, THE MATTER OF TITE IMPROVEMENT OF
H STREET BETk~EN THE CENTER LINE OF GOLDEN
STATE AVENUE AND THE SOUTH~ESTERLY RIGHT
OF WAY LINE OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD,
iN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 715 IN
SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield, State of Calif-

ornia, pusuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 9
being Division VII of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California, does resolve as follows:
The said City Council of said City does hereby order the
following work to be done and improvement to be made in said City,
to wit:
The improvement of H Street between the center
line of Golden State Avenue and the Southwesterly
right of way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad,
said improvements to consist of the following:
The paving of the present unimproved roadway with
4 inches of plant-mixed surfacing placed on 8 inches
of imported borrow; the construction of Portland
cement concrete burb, gutter and driveways on both
sides of the said H Street; the construction of
Portland cement concrete curb, gutter and returns
at the intersection of said H Street with 32nd
Street; and the construction of a 12 inch corru-
gated metal pipe storm drain with necessarycatbh
basins in the said intersection of H Street and
3~nd Street extending into the intersection of H
Street and Golden State Avenue,
the same being in Public Improvement District No. 715, in said
City.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield on the
