ME. SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA~
DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING
WAGE RATES APPLICABLE TO THE MATTER OF
THE IMPROVEMENT OF AN ALLEY IN TRACT
NO. 1532 LOCATED BETWEEN ENCINA AND
"F" STREETS AND BETWEEN 24TH AND 26TH
STREETS IN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
N0. 714, IN SAID CITY..
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield. California.
pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code
,f the State of California. DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That the City Council of the City of Bakersfield does
hereby ascertain and determine'that the-general prevailing rate
of wages applicable to the work to be done,in an alley in Tract
No. 1532 located between Encina and "F" Streets and between
24th and 26th Streets in Public Improvement District No. 714,
in said City, are as follows:

rates shall be paid shall be all holidays recognized in the
collective bargaining agreement applicable to the particular
craft, classification or type of workmen employed on the pro-

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the ~oregoing resolution was duly
passed and adopted by the City Council o~ the City o~ Bakers-
