RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ~ BAKERSFIELD,
CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE GENERAL
PREVAILING WAGE RATES APPLICABLE
TO THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT
OF F STREET BETWEEN 19TH STREET
AND 247H STREET IN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT N0. 709, IN SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield, California,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code
of the State'of California, DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That~ the City Council of .the City of Bakersfield does
hereby ascertain and determine that the general prevailing rate
of wages applicable to the work to.be done on F Street between
19th Street and 24th Street in Public Improvement District No.
709,'in said City, are as follows:

Overtime not less than one and one-half (1½) times
the above rates.
Sundays and holidays not less than one and one-half
(1½) times the above rates. The holidays upon which such rates
shall be paid shall be all holidays recognized in the collective
bargaining agreement applicable .to the particular craft, classifica-
tion or type of workmen employed on the project.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield on the
