~EAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the 14th
day of February, 1955, passed and adopted its Ordinance of Intention
No. 711, declaring its intention to order the vacation of a certain
public service easement, and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence, notice~ were not posted as
required by law, and this Council believes it would be to the public
interest that these proceedings be abandoned and new+proceedings
co~anenced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proceedings commenced
by Ordinance of Intention No. 711, be~and the same are hereby abandoned
and terminated. ~.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adoptedlby the Council of the City~of Bakersfielda, t a regular meet-
ing thereof held~on the~7th day of'March, 1955,'by the following vote:
