WHEREAS, the Council of t~e .City of BabrSfield desires to
enter into an Agreement with the State of California, Department of
Public Works, Division of· Highways, for the installation' of traffic
signals and intersection illumination at the intersection of H Street
with State Highway Route VI-Ker-141-Bkd (Brundage Lane), in the City
of Bakersfield, and to shape in the expense' of such installation as
set forth in said proposed Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council .of the' City 'of
Bakersfield, that said City of Bakersfield does hereby enter into the
above* mentioned Agreement, and that· the Mayor of said City is hereby
authorized and directed to executedsaid Agreement.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
