the Sta~e of California and the City of B~kersfield for. the
expenditure of the engineering allocation to cities, and

budget proposal be and ~he same is hereby approved and the
Director of Public We=ks is directed ~o sign the eMe on behalf of
said city~ said budget proposal to be binding upon the city upon
