WME~EAS, on the 25th day of April, 1966, the Council of
the City of Bakersfield~ pursuan~ to the provisions of the ~Public
Service Easements Vacation La~'° beins Sections 50~30 ~o 504~5~
passed and adopted its ~esolution of ~ntention No. 811~ declaring
of Lot 195 in Trect No. 1795~ si~ted in ~he City of Bakersfield,
Co~ty of ~e~ $~ate of Cslifo~ia, and
~~S, said Cornell did fix a time and place for hearing
all persons interested ~ or objecting to said proposed vaca~io~
~hich said hearhg was held on the 16th day of ~y, 1966, after
notices were duly published and posted as required by law~ and
