RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING THE FILING OF ESTIMATE, PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND DISTRICT MAP FOR
CERTAIN STREET WORK.
(Public Improvement District No. 810,
Columbus Street)
WHEREAS, proceedings are to be taken under the
Improvement Act of 1911, for the proposed construction
of certain street work on Columbus Street in the City of
Bakersfield; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has been presented
with a careful estimate of the cost and expenses of said
work, plans designated "Plans for Public Improvement District
No. 810" (consisting of eight sheets, numbered 1 to 8,
inclusive), specifications designated "Specifications,
Public Improvement District No. 810", and a map designated
"Map of Assessment District for Improvement District No. 810",
showing the boundaries of the territory to be benefited by
said work and to be assessed to pay the cost and expense of
said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of .the City of
Bakersfield, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE~ DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
Section 1.' Said'estimate,~plans and specifications
are hereby approved and are ordered to be filed with the City
Clerk.

Section 2. Said map of the assessment district
is hereby approved. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
endorse her certificate on the original and a copy-of said
map of the assessment district evidencing the adoption of
the resolution of intention, to file the original of said
map in the office of the City Clerk and to file said copy
with the County Recorder of the County of Kern.
Section 3. The provisions f6r the payment of
liquidated damages as set forth in said specifications are
hereby approved and ordered to be specified in the contract.
The amount of said damages and the terms and conditions under
which the same shall be payable are hereby fixed as provided
in said specifications.
