RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE·CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
'APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER' I TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD'
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division o~ Highways, has presented Amendment
Number 1 to the Agreement for MaintenanCe of the State
highway in .the City of
Bakersfield ,.dated 1-1-66
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard. read said Amendment
Number. i in full and is familiar with the:contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it·resolved by the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield that said Amendment Number I is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
sign. the same on behalf of said City.
