BONDS.
WME~$~ purauant to Resolution No. 75~55 of the Council
of the City of Bakersfield, adopted November 14, 1955, and pursuant
to the Charter of the City of Bakersfield~ and in accordance with
the Constitution and laws of the State of California, the City of
Bakersfield did issue certain OffoStreet Parking Revenue Bonds
Series A, which were duty sold, and
WMERFiS~ by said ~esolution it is speci£ied that Series
A Bonds Nos. A573 to A561, both inclusive, are redeemable only in
reverse numerical order.from high to lo~er upon the determination
of the Council and upon notice of said redemption, and
~MEBEAS~ by ~aid ~esolution the City is obligated to
redeem'Series A 5onds ~henever there is money in the Series A Sinkin~
Fund on any October 10th or April i0th in amounts sufficient to
redeem at least $1,000.00 principal amount, and
WI~$, on April 10, 1966 there was sufficient money in
the Series A Sinking Fund to redeem certain bonds~ and
~BEES, it is the desire of ~he Council to call for ~he
redemption of Series A Off~Street Parking ~evenue Bonds Nomo A573
to A561, inclusive, on June 1,

of Bakersfield, as foltows~

on June l~ 1966, and that the CrockeroCitizens National
successors ~o the Anglo~California National Bank, the Fiscal Agent

and directed ~o rede~em m~d bond~ ~ccording ~ ~he ~e~m ~f
bond~ and of sa~d Re~olu~ion~ a~ ~he redemption price of one h~dred
