RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS, SPECIFI-
CATIONS, ESTIMATE AND DISTRICT
MAP FOR CERTAIN STREET'WORK.
(Public Improvement District No. 810)
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the City Council of the
City of Bakersfield, State of California{ the public interest
and convenience required the'construction ofcertain improve-
ments in proposed Public Improvement District No. 810; and
WHEREAS, this City Council desires to initiate
proceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911 (commencing
with Section 5000, Streets and Highways Code) for the
construction of said street work,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield, California, DOES HEREBY 'RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER that the City Engineer of said city be, and he hereby
is, authorized and required to prepare and furnish to this
City Council plans and specifications for said work, careful
estimates of the costs and expenses of such work, and a map
showing the boundaries of the district to be benefited by
said work and to be assessed. to pay the costs and expenses
thereof.
