VACATION OF A.N ALI3ZY !N BLOCK 354~ IN SAID

WHERF_AS~ on the 25th day of October~ 1965,.-the Council of
the City of Bakersfield= pursuant to the provisions of the '~Street
Vacation Act of-194i'= being Division 9~ part 3~ (.Sections 8300~
et eeq~) of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California=
passed and adopted its Resolution of Intention Noo 806~ declaring
its intention to order the vacation of. an alley situate within the
City of Bakersfield~ County of Kern~ State of California~ and
WI{EREAS, said Council did fix a time and place for hearing
all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed vacationD
· which said hearjuggleS held on the !5th day of November~ 1965~
after Notices ~e~e duly posted as required by law~ and
W~RFAS~ this Council' after duly considering the matter~
does hereby flnd and resolve as follows.':
1.' That'that alley in Block 354~ in the city of Bakers~
fieid~ CoUnty of Kern= State of Califon3_ia'~'described as follows~
is unnecessary for'present or'prospective public street purposes~
The thirtygthree foot (33~) alley in Block 354~
City-of. Bakersfield~ as same is sho~m on the
map of the City of Bakersfield filed for record
November.25~. 1898~ in Book t of I~ps at pages
i3"and 14'in the'office '0f the County Recorder~
County,.of..,Kern~, State Of:california°
=EXCEPTING AND,-RESERVX~G all :of the above alley
as '~ public utilities easement,
