BAKEESFIE~D 9EDE~ING THE %'A~TION OF A PUBLIC
U~LIY~$ ~S~NT BE~EN DTS 7 & 8~
C~ O~ B~FIELD.
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of Sep~ember~ 1965, the Council
of the City of Bakersfield~ pursuant to the .provisions of ~he uuPublic
Service Easements Vacation Law~ being Sections 504.30 to 50445,
inclusive~ of the Government Code of the State of Californiae
passed and adopted i~s Resolution of Iazten~fon No. 805~ declaring
its intention to order the vacation of a public sen;ice easement,
also referred to herein as a public utilities easement, being a
portion of t~e $oWo 1/4 of Section !4~ Township 29 South~ Range 28
East~ M.DoM., in Tract Noo 2468, situated in the City of Bakersfield~
County of Kern~ Sta~e of California, and'
WHEREAS~ ..said Council did fix a time and place .for
hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed
vaca~ion, which said hearing ~as held on the lath day of October~
1965~ after notices ~.~ere duly published and posted as required by
law~ and
WHEREAS~ this Council after duly considering the

1o That said public service easement also referred to
herein as public utilities easement~ hereinafter described~ is
unnecessary for present or prospec'~ive public use:

hereby vacated and abandoned for publiC service easement purposes~
