A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD SELECTING ROBERT N. WHITTEMORE,
CITY COUNCILMAN, AS MEMBER OF CITY-COUNTY-
STATE POLICY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Cooperative Agreement No. 40-65 provides for
establishing a joint City-County-State Policy Committee to assist
in comprehensive planning for the Bakersfield MetropOlitan Area,
and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides that a City Councilman
from the City of Bakersfield serve on said Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. Robert N. Whittemore is hereby designated as the
member of the City Council to serve on the City-County-State
Policy Committee for comprehensive planning in the Bakersfield
MetropOlitan Area.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day of August, 1965, by
the following vote:
