RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS, SPECIFI-
CATIONS, ESTIMATE AND DISTRICT
MAP FOR CERTAIN STREET WORK.
(Public Improvement District No. 800,
Robinson-9th)
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the
City Engineer and S.uperintendent of Streets requesti'ng
the constructio'n of certai'n described street work i'n
proposed Public Improvement District No.-800; and
WHEREAS, this City Cou'ncil desires to initiate
proceedings 'under the Improvement Act of 1911 (commencing
with Section ~5000, Streets and Highways Code) for the
construction.of said street work,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER that the City Engineer ofsaid city be, and he
hereby is, authorized and required to prepare. and furnish
to this City Council plans and specifications for said work,
careful estimates of the costs and expenses.of such work,
and a map showing the boundaries of the district to be
benefited by said work and to be assessed to pay the costs
and expenses thereof.
