RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSF~F. LD FagQUESTiNG THE BOARD OF SUPER°
VISORS OF THE COUNTY OF KERN TO PERMIT THE
COUNTY CLERK TO RENDER SPECIF%ED SERVICES TO
SAID CIT~ RELATING TO THE COiqDUCT OF THE
GgNERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
APRIL 13 ~ 1965 o
Pursuant ~o Section 22003 of the Elections Code of the
Sta~e of Californla~ the Council of the City of Bakers field does
hereby RESOLVE ~ as follows g
l o That-the Board of Supervisors of the County of ~ern~
State of California~ is hereby requested to permit the County C~erk
of said County to perform the following services for zhe City of
Bakersfield relating to ~he, conduc't of the General Municipal Election
to be held in said city on April 13~ 1965o
(a) Address ~he Polling Place Cards and insert sample
ha%lots and Polling. Place Cards in sample ballot envelopea~
{b) Send sample ballots only to 'those persons eligible
to vote within precincts for particular offices°
