and constimte a fire hazard which endangers adjoining properties~
NOW ~ ~M~FO~ ~ BE IT ~SOLVED ~
1~ ~t the Ci'Cy Council of ~he City of Bakersfield
hereby finds that a public nuisance exists on ~he foregoing
props=ties,
2~ ~a~ ~he Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Bakersfield is hereby directed to proceed with the work of abering
said public nuisance purs~nt ~o the provisions of Section 8~80 of
ghe Bakersfield M~icipal Code~
