City of Bakersfield provides that ail emp].oyees of the City shall
be entitled to eight holidays per y~'H~-'which,..said holidays shall
be selected and enumerated by resolution of the Council during the
month of December preceding each calendar year for which said
holidays are to be selected°
NOW~ THE~EFORE~ BE ST RESOLVED. by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, that the following holidays are hereby selected as
the legal holidays for the employees of the City of Bakersfield
for the year 1965~
