WHEP~AS~ on the 23rd day of November~ 1964, the Council
of the City of Bakersfield~ pursuant to the provisions of the '~Street
Vacation Act of 1941"~ being Division 9~ Part 3, of the Streets
and Highways Code of the Sta~e of California~ passed and adopted
its Resolution of Intention No o 799. declaring its intention to
order the abandonment of the twenty foot {20~) vehicular access
easement from the south thirty~four {34) feet of Lot 1~ all of Lot
2~ and the north 36 feet of Lot ~ of Trac~ No0 26~4 as said ea~e~
ment is sho~ on the ~p of said Tract No~ 2644, recorded
Dece~er 6~ 1961~ in Book 12 of Maps at page 108 in the office of
the Co~ty Eeco~der of the Co~ty of Ke~ State of Califo~ia~
and to o~der the abandonant of the dedication of vehicular rights
of ~E~ess and assess ~o Union Avenue from the south ~en ~i0) feet
of bt 2~ the north ~enty ~20} feet of Lot 3 and thirty f30} feet
Of Lot ~ ~which location is subjec~ to the approval of the
Director of Public Works and the Traffic Authority) of said
Tract No~ 26~4~ a~ said dedication is described on the ~itle page
of said Tract No~ 26~4~ recorded Dec~ber 6~ 1961~ in Book 12 of
~ps at page 107 of the said Official ~ecords~ and
W~S, said Co~cil did fix a ~ime and place for
hearins all persons interested in or objec~in~ to said proposed
~o~en~ which said hearinE was held on+the. l~th day of December~
196~ after no~ices were duly posted as required by law~ and

does hereby find and resolve as follows:
