'A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION
'NO. 36- 64 ·
-, WHEREAS, the Council 'of'the City of BakersfieLd .did, on
the 8th' day of 'Januaryi 1951, pass and adopt Resolution No. 96,
ascertaining and'determining the prevailing rate' of'wages to be
paid to each craft and type .Of ·workmen' employed.on :public works in
the City 'of Bakers field, California, ' and '.. '.
WHEREAS, on the first day of June, 1964, the Council.
adopted Resoiution·No. 36-64 to 'amend said Resolution'No. 96 as
further changeS'in rate Of wages. paid to' Certain, c~aftS· were
made, and .
WH. EREAS', since the" date of. ReSolution No. '36-64 ther'e
have Been additional changes, . '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CounCil of the
City of Bakersfield,' California, that 'it has.'~ascertained and does
,hereby determine that .the general .prevailing rate of per diem wages
for ·.the crafts and type of workmen' listed in Exhibit A attached
'hereto,. is l as indicated on said Exhibit A which is made a .part
hereof as if Set forth 'in full herein, and that said Resolution
No. 96 i.s hereby amended accordingly, .:
