WHEREAS, on the 20th day of'July,. l~'g4', the Coun6il of
the Cit~ of Bakers field, pursuant .ito the .provisions of the "Street
Vacation Act. of i941", b'eing Division-9, Part 3'~' of the Strgets
and HighWays "Code of the State Of 'Ca~li~ornia, .passed and-adopted
its Resolution-Of Intention 'No. 7,9'~5~ .'decl.aring its intention-to
order the vacation of a p0rtion'0'f 27th. Streets' situate_ in the .city
Of Bakersf.ield~ County of Kern; State .of CalifOrnia~ and.
