A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD DIRECTING THE FISCAL AGENT
TO WITHDRAW FUNDS FROM THE CITYOF BAKERS-
FIELD OFF-STREET PARKING SURPLUS REVENUE
FUND AND TO PAY SAID FUNDS TO.THE-CITY
TREASURER.
WHEREAS, Resolution No.. 75-55 authorizing the issuance
of City of Bakers field Off-Street Parking Revenue Bonds provides'
in SeCtion 5.08 "... the Fiscal 'Agent shall set aside,· or pay over
to' the' Treasurer .of the City, as directed by a resolution of the
COuncil, any or all moneys in the Surplus Revenue Fund, ... only
for any one or more of the following .purposes': ... (e) To be
transferred to the'General Fund· of the City to be used for any
lawful purpose, ... , .. ..
WHEREAS, Section 5.08 provides that the· amount so trans-
ferred from money deposited in the ,Surplus. Revenue Fund in any one
fiscal year shall not exceed the aggregate of' the Pledged Net
Parking Meter Revenues deposited in the:Revenue Fund during .such
fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the aggregate'. of the Pledged Net Parking' Meter
Revenues deposited in the Revenue Fund during the fiscal year up
. to and including the 30th day of May, .1964 was $134,6.82.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED' by the Council of the
City. of iBakersfield that.the Fiscal Agent, 'Crocker,Anglo National
Bank, No. 1 Sansome Street, San Francisco 20, Cal{fornia, be and
is!hereby'authoriZed and directed to transfer $59,000' from the
'Surplus Revenue Fund to the Treasurer o'f the City of Bakers field
and the Treasurer is 'hereby directed to place said amount in the
Gen'eral"Fund~ of the City Of' Ba~r'ifi~lH'~ ............... '
