RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL '0F THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD .ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL
FOR EXPEND ITURE OF
FU~DS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS CODE
.I~{EREAS, a master .agreement has been executed between
the State of California and the city 'of Bakersfield 'for
the expenditure of the engineering ·allocation to cities, and,
WHEREAS, the city council has heard r'ead said· agreement
in futl and is familiar with/'the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city· council of the city.
of Bakersfield.. that said budget proposal, dated
JUne'.15 , '19 6__4_, be and iS hereby adopted as, the budget of
proposed' expenditures of the engineering allocation to cities,
and .said' budget proposal be and' the same is hereby approved and
