RESOLUTION DULYADOPTED BY THE
CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF BAKERSFIELD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
that the Nayor and Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered and
directed, for and on behalf of said City~ to' enter ~nto'and execute with
Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a corporation~ that certain agreement
which relates to the permission given by said Company to said City to
install, maintain and use switching and-metering.equipment and appliances,
connected therewith'on certain-poles o~ned by"said Company and which was
submitted by said Company at this meeting to this City Council.
ADOPTED on the 6th dayof April'
by the following votes:

Councilmen Balfanz, Doolin, Marchbanks,
Mossman, Stiern, Whittemore

I, the undersigned, do hereby certify that I am the duly elected,
qualified and acting Clerk of the City Of Bakersfield, a California municipal
corporation; that the above and foregoing is a full, true and correct copy
of .a resolution which was .duly adopted by said City Council at a regular
meeting thereof duly and regularly held on the 6th day of
Aoril , 1964; ~'hat at said meeting a majority of
the members of said City Council was present and voted in favor of the
adoption of said resolution; and that the same has never been amended.,
revoked or repealed; but is still in full force and effect.
