'A RESOLUTION OF THE' COUNCIL OF THE-CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD DECLARING THAT NO PROTESTS WERE
--MADE .TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIG-
· NATED' AS PACHECO NO. 4 PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED
TO: THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, ..pursuant. to thee GoVernment Code of the '.State
Of C'alifornia, Sections 35300 and. following, 'proceedihgs' have been
instituted fo~' ~he annexation of certain territory designated as
"Pacheco No 4'.' and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such proceedings a.:.petition was
signed 'and filed for-such annexation, a ~esolUtiOn.'iadoPted ....
describing boundaries of the territory ,soUght to' be .annexed, 'publi-
ca~i ns~Y'had on said resolution and a time adopted"'for hearing of
protests. from persons owning real property in said territory,

· WHEREAS, a .hearing was 'dul'y held in the' COuncil Chambers
of the..City Hall 'in the City of Bakersfield~ the 16th'day of March,
1964, at the hour of eight o'clock p.m.. pursuant to notices given
in. 'compliance with law,, and'
WHEREAS, at said hearing no written or Oral prOtestS '
were mad'e by any.person owning propa~..ty .within the .aforesaid
territory; . · '-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the, COuncil of the
City o.f Bakersfield 'that; .
Said City Council finds and .'resolves that no protests-
have 'been made' tO the annexation.of, Seal property to the City'of
· Bakersfield, 'said p.roperty being. designated as "Pachec0 No.' 4"
and more particularly described in ResolUtion N0.4'64 of:the City
Of' Baker s fie ld.
