OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING
THE GENERAL PREVAILING WAGE RATES APPLICABLE
TO THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND PAVING
OF STREETS, INSTAL'LATION OF CURBS, GUTTERS
AND SIDEWALKS AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF A'
CULVERT IN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. ......
777, IN SAID CITY AND THE COUNTY OF KERN, .....

The City Council of the City of Bkkersfield, California, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of
California, DOES I~ESOLVE as follows:
That the City Council of the City of Bakersfield does hereby as-
certain and determine that the general prevailing rate of wages applicable
to the work to be done in and concerning P.u,t?tic :.,tmpro.v~ment District No.
777, in said City, are as set forth in the specifications for said work on
file in the office of the City Clerk and the Office of the City Engineer,
which by this reference are incorporated herein.
Overtime to be not less than one and one-half (11/2) times the
said rates. Sundays and holidays to be not less than one and one-half (11/2)
times the said rates. The holidays upon which such rates shall be paid shall
be all holidays recognized in the collective bargaining agreement applicable
to the particular craft, classification or type of workmen employed on the
project.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield on the 23rd day
