IN- PROP05ED ~PUB. LIC IMPR0~VEMENT DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of BakersfielS,
Calif6rnia,~in compliance with the order of this City Council
of said City, has submitted to this City Council the estimate
of the cost of, the map of the district to be benefited by,
and the plans and specifications for the improvement
work and construction hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, after consideration thereof this City Council
desires at this time to adopt and approve the said plans
and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this City Council
of the City of Bakersfield ~at the plans and specifica-
tions as prepared by the City Engineer of the said City,
which were submitted and filed with the City Clerk of said
City on the lSth 'day of September ', 1963, be and the
same are hereby adopted and approved as and for the plans
md specifications for the following improvement work and
construction to be~ done to wit:
Construction' and improvement of streets
between Planz Road and Julian Avenue and
on Julian AvenUe, installation .of curbs,
gutters, sidewalks and the construction
of a culvert and paving of streets,
That all of the above described work and improvement
shall be of the sizes and dimensions and done in the
WILD CHRISTENSEN.

manner and places and to the grades as shown and indicated
on the plans and specifications herewith adopted.
I HEREBY CERTIB~Z that the foregoing Resolution was
duly passed and'adoPted by the City-Council of the City
of Bakersfield on the 16th day of September, 1963, by the
