ADDITIONAL HIGHWAY USERS TAXES AND ·-FEES

Collier-.Unruh Local 'T~anspo·rtati0n DeVeloPment Act (Streets and
Highways ,'Code "Section' 186-. 1) ~., .the Ci~,y of/' Bakers field 'hereBy
'adopts ',~' Resolution ~pproving the .imposition of additional highway
users taxes and fees pursuant_ to said Act.· "

The City desires apportionments to be made-' to it. in
accordance with provisions of 'said Section of the Act and is ~ware
of the necessity of' conforming to the matching·.requirements
prescribed by Section 14 of said Act (Streets and·Highways Code
Section 186.5).
SECTION
All monies received by th~ City from the· State under
the. provisions-of Section 10.2 of said ACt shall be. paid' into the
Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund and expended exclusively
for acquisition of.rights'of~Way for 'and construction of routes on
the Select system of city streets established as provided in.
SectiOn 12 of said Act (Streets and Highways Code Section 186.3).
SECTION 4.
In compliance. with said.Act the City Clerk is directed
