.. WHEREAS, pursuant.to.the G'ov~rnm~nt COde of the State
of California, Sections 35300 and following, proceedings 'have · been' ..
insti'tuted for the annexation of Certain territory· designated as ·
"Pacheco No.. 3''~ and "
WHEREAS, pursuant to such .proceedings. a petiti6n was
signed and ·filed for .such annexation,. a resolution adopted
describing boundaries of the' territory sought to be annexed,.·
publications had on said resolution 'and a time adopted.. for hearing.
of protests from persons owning rea'l pro~er..ty in said' territory,

WHEREAS', a hearing was duly 'held in the Council Chambers
of 'the 'City Hall in the City of Bakersfield, the 12th day of
.August-;-1963, at the-hour of,eight 0'cloCk' p.m. pursuant to notices'

Said City Council finds and resolves that'no 'protest'-
· has been made to the annexation of real· property to the City of
· Bakersfiel'd, said property being designated as. "Pacheco No. 3"
and more particularly described in ResolutiOn 'No. 50'63 of 'the' City
of Bakersfield.
