RESOLUTION er THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR
EXPENDITURE 0F FUNDS ALLOCATE UNDER SECTION
2107,5 0F THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE.
WHERE~S~=, a master agreement has been executed between
the State of California and the City of Bakersfield for the
expenditure of the engineering allocation to cities; and,
·
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said ~greement
_in full and is familiar with the 7Co~tents~ thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Bakersfield that said budget proposal, dated June 28,
1963, be and is hereby ~dopted as the budget of proposed
expenditures of the engineering allocation to cities, and said
budget proposal be and. the s!ame is hereby approved and the
Director of Public Works is directed to sign the same on behalf
of ~aid city, said budget proposal to be binding upon the city
upon its approval by the authorized officials of the State~
ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1963~
