RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO INCLUDE 'WITHIN THE
GREATER BAKERSFIELD SEPARATION OF GRADE 'DISTRICT
A PORTION 0F. CERTAIN :TERRITORY'.DESIGNATED AS
"HUGHES N0, t, .". AND SETTING 'THE .. TIME' AND PLACE
FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS'TO. THE INCLUSION OF SAID

WH. EREAS, proceeding~ have'been Commenced for'..the.
annexation of Certain unincorporated territ0.ry, 'designated as

WHEREAS, a portion of said territory lies out'side the~·
