A RESOLUTION OF 'THE COUNCIL OF. THE CITY.OF
BAKERSFIELD CHANGING THE AUTHORIZATION OF
SIGNATURES AT UNITED CALIFORNIA BANK FOR'
INSTALLATION OF COMPLETE CHECK RECONCILI-
ATION SERVICE..
WHEREAS, a. complete reconciliation service for payroll
checks issued by the City of BakerSfieidis'pr'esently performed by
the FinanCe Department of the'City. of Baker. sfield, and
WHEREAS, the United' California Bank has offered to
perform a'complete reconciliation service for payroll checks
issued by the'City, and
WHEREAS, the service offered by the United California
Bank will reduce time spent'on payroll.check reconciliati0nin the
Finance Department of the City by three days,.
NOW, THEREFORE, 'BE ' IT RESOLVED, by th~ Counci 10f the

said checks.
