RESOLUTION ANNEXING TO THE GREATER·
BAKERSFIELD SEPARATION OF GRADE DISTRICT
THAT PORTION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIG-
NATED AS "OSWELL. NO. 3" NOT.ALREADY
INCLUDED WITHIN SAID DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Council of the 'City of Bakersfield did, On
the I0th day of December, 1962,' pass its Resolution of Intention
No. 79-62,"td include within the IGreater fiakersfield 'Separation' of
Grade'DiStrict.that portion Of certain territory designated as
"OsW~.ilz No. '3" not already included within.said District, and did
set the time .and'place for hearing· Objections to the inclusion .of
Said' territo'ry within said. DiStrict; and .
. WHEREAS,- said Resolution of In'tent'ion was duly and
l~·gally., .publiShed once aweeR for two'~wee~s, the~ first p.ublication
thereof ~being at. least twenty days prior to the date of the'
hearing as .provided by'law; and
..... WHEREAS, Monday, l:the 21st day 'of'January, 1963, at the
hour of 8:00 0:clock P.M., was set·aS thel time for·hearing objections
to the inclusion of said territory within Said District; and'
WHEREAS, no objection has .·been filed .or' presented to
said council ·~to the.. inclusion of said territory or any. part thereof
within the, Grea'ter Bakersfield' Sepa..ration of Grade District, and
the CounCil further finds that'zall-of 'said territory will be
benefited by 'its inclusion within said District.
· NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND 'THE COUNCIL.DOES

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the. foregoing Resdlution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a
