A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

MADE TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY.DESIG-
NATED AS OSWELLNO. 3 PROPOSED TO BE ..
ANNEXED TO THE CITY-OF BAKERSFIELD.
· WHEREAS, pursuant to the.Government' Code of the State
of California, Sections 35300 and'fOllowing,' proceedingS. have'been
instituted for'the.annexation of'certain territory.designated as'
."Osweli No. 3" and
WHEREAS, pursuant 'to such:'proceedings apetition' was
signed and .filed 'for sUCh anhexatio'n, a resolution adopted
describing boundaries of 'the territory Sought 'to be-annex~.d,
publiCations'had on said resolution anj·a time adopted for hearing
of protes.ts from persons oWning real property in said territory,
