'RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTSOF' SPECIAL 'ELECTION .
HELD IN THE FIFTH WARD OF THE ~.CITY~.OF BAKERSFIELD
FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECALLING 'THE COUNCILMAN OF
SAID WARD.
WHEREAS, by Resolution NOi 71~62, .pas'sed ~nd adopted by
this Council On November 26', 1962, a special election in the Fifth
Ward,.of the City of Bakersfield" was:called 'for'the purpose of
recalling the Councilman of the Fifth Ward, said election to be
held 'on-January 8, 1963, and "
.WHEREAS, af.ter.notiCe .as required by law said' election
was duly held and conducted on the a'foresaid date; and the returns
of said election have been canvassed by th'is Council.
NOW, THEREFORE; in compliance with Section 22933of the
-Elections Code of the State of California~.'this Council does
