BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Richard S. l'(Dick) Mossman is
hereby retained aS City Councilman of the Fourth Ward of the City
of Bakersfield by virtue of the aforesaid. election.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the. foregoi~g Resolution was
