A RESOLUTION '0F THE 'COUNCIL OF THE ~CITY-0F
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
VACATION OF THE WE STERLY '. .THREE ' FEET· (3') OF
WENATCHEE AVENUE, IN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, on the 16th..'day of July·, 1962, the Council of
the City of Bakersfield, pursuant to the pro.visions of the: "Street
Vacation Act of 1941',"being DiVision 9, part 3, ·(Sections. 8300,
Et. Seq.)1 of the' Streets and Highways..Code of the State of
California, passed and adopted its ResolUtion Of Intention No. 775,·
declaring its intention to order the vacation of the-westerly
.:~ithree feet (3') of Wenatchee Avenue in the City of Bakersfield,
'State of California, and
WHEREAS, said Council did fix a time and place for
hearing.all persons interested in or Objecting 'to said· proposed
vacation, which' said hearin~ was held on the 6th day of August,
:1962, after notices were duly posted as required by 1. aw, and
]...-.. "' .'WHEREAS, this Council after duly considering the matter,
. d6~es' hereb'y find and resolve as~ follows: . .
1. That the westerly three feet (3') of Wenatchee Avenue
s~ituate within the City of Bakersfie.ld, County of Kern, Sta'te of
