WHEREAS, the Planning COmmission 'of the City of Bakers-
field, did, On the 27th day Of June,. 1962', pass a..resolution
'finding that the inclusion .of an additional. use, to wit: MuSical
Instrudtion, Instrumental, in a·. c-1 ~(Limited 'COmmercial) Zone,
would not be more obnoxious or detrimental ·to 'the Welfare of the
community than the permitted uses' specifically men'tioned in
Chapter 17.25 of Title Seventeen of the Bakers field Municipal
Code, and . '
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakers field has
considered said matter and does find' that the inclusion ··of said·
additional use in said zone will not be more obnoxious or detri-
mental to the welfare of the community than the 'permitted uses
· specifically mentioned in Chapter 17.25 of T&t'le Seventeen of the
Bakers field Municipal Code, and '

NOW THEREFORE,' pursuant to S&c.tion' 17,52/of Title' Seven'
teen of the' Bakersfield Municipal Code,' the Council· of said City
does HEREBY RESOLVE that the additional use., to wit: MUSICAL
INSTRUCTION, INSTRUMENTAL, be and .the same is hereby included as ·
a specifically permitted use ina C~i. (Limited Commercial)'Zone.
