WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Bakers-
field, did, on the 2Yth day of June, 1962, pass a resolution.
finding 'that the inclusion of an additional use, to wit: . School
of Dancing Instruction, in a C-1 (Limited Commercial) Zone, would
not be more obnoxious or deErimen~al ~o ~he welfare of ~he
