A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the· Council of the City of
Bakersfield to change its schedule of meetings during the months
of July .and August.
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of 'Bakers field, that during the months 0f 'JUi~ and .AugUst of 1961,
and each year thereafter, the Council. of the City of Bakersfield
shall"h01d its regular meetings on the first and third 'Mondays
during said months, except when any Of said Mondays shall be a legal
holiday, in which event'the·Council shall meet' on the following·
Tuesday. Any hearings or other matters previously set by the
Council in conflict with the ·above. schedule shall be rescheduled
for the meeting next following that for which the hearings and'
other matters were originally scheduled.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing 'ResolUtion was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of· BakerS field at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 25th day of June, !962,.by the
