RESOLUTION OF FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS
ON PETITION FOR CONSTRUCTION' OF SIDEWALKS
AND NECESSARY RETAINING WALL FRONTING ON
LOTS 21-51, INCLUSIVE, OF TRACT 1700, THE
SAME TO BE PROPOSED AS' PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 768, IN THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
that in'regards to the improvements hereinafter described, the owners
of more than sixty per cent (60~ of the area of the property subject
to assessments for the proposed improvement work have signed and
filed with the City Clerk of the'City of Bakersfield, who is the Ex-
Officio Clerk of the City Council of. the City of Bakersfield, the
legislative body undertaking said proceedings, written petitions for
said improvements and a waiver of the investigation and other require-
ments provided by the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation
and Majority Protest Act of 1931, in connection with said proposed
improvement work and construction.' The said improvement work and
construction to be done in said City of Bakersfield, is described as
follows, to wit:.
The construction of sidewalks and necessary retaining
wall fronting on Lots 21-51, inclusive, of Tract 1700,.
City of Bakersfield, California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by.the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 26th day of February, 1962, by the following vote:
