RESOLUTION SETTING THE HOURS FOR THE
OPENING AND CLOSING OF POLLS FOR THE
MUNICIPAL SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD
IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ON THE 20TH
DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1962.
WHEREAS, a.municipal special election will be held in the City
of Bakers'field on the 20th day of February, 1962, for the purpose of
filling the office of councilman for the short'term as prescribed
therefor by the Charter of the City of BakerSfield, for the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that the polls will be held open for the purpose of
holding said election on said 20th day of February, 1962, between the
hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council ofthe City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 15th day of January, 1962, by the following vote:
