RESOLUTION DULY ADOPTED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
BE .IT RESOLVED by the.City Council· of the City of Bakers-
fieldlthat ~the Mayor and Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized,
empowered and directed, for and on behalf of Said City, to enter
into and execute with Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a corpora-
tion, that certain agreement which relates to the permission given
by said Company to said City to install, maintain and use a·. fire
alarm circuit and appliances connected therewith on a certain pole
owned by said Company and which was submitted by said Company at
this meeting to this City Council.
ADOPTED on the 18th day of December ,
1961, by the following votes:

I, the undersigned, do hereby certify that I am the duly
elected, qualified and acting Clerk of the 'City of Bakersfield, a
Californianmunicipal corporation; that the above and foregoing is
a full, true and correct copy of a resolution which was duly

adopted by said City Council at a regular. meeting thereof duly and
regularly held on the 18th day of December ·, 1961:
that at ·said meeting a majority of the members of said City Council
was present and voted in favor of the adoption of said resolution;
and that the .same has never been amended, revoked or repealed, but
is still in full force and effect.
