RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIAn.OVERRULING PROTESTS
MADE IN CONNECTION WITH RESOLUTION OF'IN-
TENTION NO. 763 CONCERNING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENT WORK IN'PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 763 IN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, certain protests were filed protesting' against the
doing of~the work and improvement involved in and in accordance with
Resolution of Intention No. 763~=or against th~ assessment district;
and '-
WHEREAS, · the City'CSuncilhas carefully considered the protests
and objections and has considered Z the area of the district .represented
by said.protests..
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE 'IT' RESOLVED by this-Council of the City of.
Bakersfield that it does hereby'find and determine that said'protests.
and objections have been made by the owners of less ~han one-half .of
the area of the.property to be assessed for said. work and'improvement,
as set forth in said Resolution of Intention No.. 763; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each and all of the said protests
and objections be, and the same are hereby,. overruled and denied.

'I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of.Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the' 20th day of November, 1961, by the following vote':
